Cake baking is usually time consuming and complicated, but this easy to prepare date cake without sugar requires only 35 minutes of time and 9 ingredients.

A great cake for diabetics or people on a low sugar diet.

Ingredients🫙:

  • 454 grams (make sure to soak the dates in hot water without shells for 30 minutes before starting)
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cups _ _ flour
  • 1/2 tsp . _ baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp . _ baking soda
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • non stick spray with neutral flavor
  • 1/8 of a teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp . _ pure vanilla
  •  

    Steps🥣:

    • Preheat the oven to 170°C

    • Spray a bundt pan with non stick spray and set it to the side.

    • Take a blender or a bowl with a blending stick and blend together the dates, eggs, salt, vanilla and cinnamon till it becomes smooth. Stir in the flour, baking powder and baking soda till smooth.

    • Please note: that this batter will be very thick.

    • Put the mixture in the bundt pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
