Cake baking is usually time consuming and complicated, but this easy to prepare date cake without sugar requires only 35 minutes of time and 9 ingredients.
A great cake for diabetics or people on a low sugar diet.
- Preheat the oven to 170°C
Spray a bundt pan with non stick spray and set it to the side.
Take a blender or a bowl with a blending stick and blend together the dates, eggs, salt, vanilla and cinnamon till it becomes smooth. Stir in the flour, baking powder and baking soda till smooth.
Please note: that this batter will be very thick.
- Put the mixture in the bundt pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
